The HD-BLV20-1X balancing valve is a key component in the hydraulic system of construction machinery, especially in lifting equipment (such as truck cranes, tower cranes, aerial work platforms, etc.).
Core functions
▪Load control and motion accuracy
①The internal pilot proportional control realizes the smooth start and stop of the actuator (cylinder/motor), eliminating the jitter or impact under high inertia load.
②It provides stepless speed regulation capability in actions such as lifting and lowering of heavy objects, variable amplitude telescopic movement, and adapts to the needs of micro-motion operation (such as precise lifting).
▪Safety holding function
①The integrated mechanical load holding valve can prevent the load from falling out of control even if the hydraulic hose bursts or the system accidentally releases pressure (in accordance with ISO 13849 safety standards).
②The built-in secondary protection safety valve releases pressure when the pipeline pressure increases abnormally to protect the actuator from damage due to peak pressure.
▪Anti-flow fluctuation capability
1. The pressure compensation design is adopted. When the pump is not supplying enough oil (such as engine speed drops) or the load changes suddenly, the valve opening is automatically adjusted to avoid the "stall-creep" phenomenon of the actuator.
▪Technical highlights
⑴Composite valve core structure: the main balance valve, overload valve and check valve are integrated into one to reduce pipeline leakage points.
⑵Dynamic response optimization: the pilot control oil circuit design reduces the opening and closing lag, and the response time is less than 50ms.
⑶Wide temperature range adaptation: the valve body material and seals can work stably under -40℃~120℃ working conditions.
