ZKLR has independently developed an online monitoring platform that uses wireless technology to transmit real-time data on the lubrication status back to a human-machine interaction interface. This allows inspectors to monitor lubrication points remotely via an intelligent terminal, significantly reducing labor requirements and cutting operational costs.
The smart grease lubrication system operates by starting the lubrication pump when lubrication is needed, which then draws grease from the oil tank into the pump. The pump delivers the grease through pipes to a distributor, which precisely allocates the grease to each lubrication point based on preset timing or cycles. Once the grease reaches the lubrication points, it effectively reduces friction and wear on mechanical components.
