Huade Hydraulic launches a new product, HD-A11VO145EP2D-FB, a through-axis plunger variable pump suitable for use in Class I explosive gas environments containing coal mine gas.

The HD-4WRLE-4X/series is a pilot-operated high-frequency response directional control valve that integrates electrical position feedback with on-board electronics (OBE). It features fast response, high control accuracy, and a fail-safe position in the event of power loss. The on-board electronics precisely adjust the positions of both the pilot and main control valve spools, enabling accurate position, velocity, and pressure control under high pressure and large flow conditions, ensuring stable and efficient system operation. This product is widely used in various industries such as industrial automation, metallurgy, and plastic machinery, thanks to its excellent high-response and high-precision performance.

On December 11, the 2024 National Machinery Industry High-Quality Development Conference was grandly held in Hangzhou. The conference was co-hosted by the China Machinery Industry Federation and China National Machinery Industry Corporation. The conference brought together elites in the national machinery industry to jointly explore the transformation, upgrading and innovative development of the machinery industry. On a continuous casting machine, the lubrication points include those in the lubrication zone of the upper platform, the mold lubrication zone, and the lubrication zone of the discharge area.
